I havde dealth with Peter and Stephanie for several years and found them to be professional, honest, transparent and helpful. They have services several of my vehicles including my "collector"1994 Mustang GT convertible and are the only shop I trust.

Peter is the head mechanic with a wall of certifications to show his up to date proficiency. He is very knowledgeable with a fondness for my Volvo S60. He doesn't just tell you what's wrong he actually teaches you what is wrong- he is informative, direct and gives an honest and accurate opinion. After servicing he tells you what to expect on your next regular service which helps me plan for $$ rate variation (flushes, filters and brakes).

I was visiting family in North Vancouver and had truck problems. I was referred to JPS Automotive by a friend. I'm glad I was referred to this shop! Peter ran an extensive diagnostic review on my truck. My catalytic converters were plugged up, resulting in power loss. Peter fixed my truck so I could drive home.I highly recommend this shop. Its not everyday you find an honest and competent mechanic! Peter and Stephanie were professional and easy to work with. Thanks again!

Clean shop with great service and knowledgeable mechanics . I took my 2007 VW Golf in for servicing and a check over and was so impressed with the detailed inspection report I was emailed after. With photos so I completely understood the condition of my entire car. Price was amazing for the service I received!! Highly recommend.

JPS auto is first rate service. They are honest, reliable, and most importantly have fair and reasonable pricing. Great shop, excellent and honest service!

My radiator overheated over the ironworkers Memorial Bridge and I coasted down to their shop. They ordered a brand-new rad and replaced it under two hours the same day. It's a small shop but I highly suggest it.

Peter and Steph at JPS are awesome! I have been taking my car to JPS for the past year and have had overwhelmingly good experiences. Peter has always been more than fair to me and always explains what he finds. His prices are very reasonable and he does not try to up sell you.

I have been using the services of Peter to keep my 2005 TDi alive and functioning safely for the past year and a half . Great service and reasonable prices unlike some of the other repair centers nearby that I have unfortunately found. Will be picking up another car soon and it will get it's work done here as well.
Hmmmmmn 2 years have gone by and now my 4x4 gets almost all the work done here.

JPS is, hands down, the BEST place where I've taken my Sprinter Van. The whole crew is very welcoming, warm, understanding. They will walk you through what service they've done on the van, take pictures along the way and send a detailed report to your phone. Such good care, really!

My fuel pump needed replacing so I got it towed to JPS Automotive on Orwell and they were amazing my van is now fixed one day later even though on the website it said closed on the weekends they called me back the next day which was a Saturday and I picked up my vehicle they were super friendly and explained to me everything so I could understand what got done and then on top of that it was tax free with my status card so highly recommend it

JPS Automotive Service is the most professional mechanical shop i have ever taken a vehicle to. Very friendly and would highly recommend.

Great service. Had my car towed to their shop, and though they were booked solid Peter listened carefully to my description of the problem and promised to investigate when they had time (2-7) days. To my amazement, they called the next afternoon and let me know that they found time to analyze the problem and replace the starter. Stephanie, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful.

There tech Ali came out an was totally honest with her about what was going on and reassured her that it was nothing serious. Its great to know there are shops out there that look out for you. Safety inspection

I stopped here near closing one evening when my check engine light came on and I experienced some troubles on the highway. The people working we so overwhelmingly kind. I was quite literally great with a smile and wave from the front window. They went out of their way to be helpful, ran diagnostics, and helped me out of the small pickle I was in.

My issue was small and they resolved it free of charge.

As a young woman with little mechanical knowledge their kindness, patience, and sincerity was so deeply appreciated. I will use this business anytime I need mechanic support in North Van!

Exceptional service. Best automotive repair shop on the North Shore, bar none. My daughter's headlight needed replacing and she was back on the North Shore for the day. I called the JPS at 2:45 PM on Saturday and explained the situation to Peter. He said tell her to bring it over this afternoon. Long story short, my daughter texted me at 3:30 said it was done. Nothing but great things to say every time we bring our vehicles there.

Ladies, ever feel like you'll get ripped off if you take your car in to get fixed? Well, I usually do, BUT, I've found my mechanic! This place is amazing, the staff speaks to you in lay terms, if need be, walks you through the proposed fixes and doesn't charge you for extra work or try to up-sell you.
Located in Lynnwood Marina, a few minutes from the Iron Workers. I had my windshield wipers stop, not the fuse, and they fixed them within hours. My 2nd visit was for a rattling that has been annoying us for a year. We asked the dealership to look and they told us it was because we had very metallic brakes. It wasn't. JPS discovered the subframe came loose and fixed it for us in a day. No more annoying sound or outrageous price.
Seriously, just take your car in, you won't be disappointed.

Peter is a stand up guy! He will thoroughly assess your mechanical problems and give clear and detailed advice on what repairs if "any are" required. This place is always busy because they are honest and will never try to take advantage of their customers.

Peter is the most skilled and trustworthy mechanic I've ever met. He's been taking care of my vehicles for about 8 years, and I wouldn't trust them to anyone else.
